Carolina H. Diaz, 86, entered eternal rest on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. Carolina was a loving friend, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she will be missed by all who knew her.Mrs. Diaz was born in Kenedy, Texas, and would migrant up north to work in picking crops with her family.
