EDINBURG - Dominga Obregon, 80, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at her residence in Edinburg. Minga, as she was better known, began working at the Citrus Movie Theater at a very young age. She eventually advanced as manager for the Citrus, Century and Capri theaters at a time when Edinburg was known as the theater capital of the valley. She loved shopping, classic country music, and cake.
