EDINBURG - Francisco “Cisco” Estevis, 88, went home to our Lord on Saturday, January 9, 2021, at his residence in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Born on a small farm on Owassa Road near Edinburg, Texas, to parents Francisco Esteves and Petra Rodriguez, Cisco lived most of his life in Edinburg. He graduated from Edinburg High School in 1953 and from Pan American College in 1958 where he was a pitcher on the baseball team.
