SAN JUAN – Ivan Diaz, 40, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Mission Regional Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Guillermina G. Diaz. Mr. Diaz is survived by his two children, Alan Diaz, Kevin Diaz; step-son, Saul Ivan Gaona Medrano; mother of his children, Maria Esmeralda Medrano Coronado; a sister, Georgina M.
