By Tom HaugheyRudy Giuliani has been declared guilty by Federal Judge Beryl Howell for not providing the evidence the judge ordered him to turn over to the court during discovery. Howell has fined Giuliani $132,856.50 (most which goes to pay the legal fees of the two women poll workers, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea Moss, who had sued him for defamation).
