AUSTIN — The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), at their regularly scheduled board meeting approved the City of Alton’s request for $8.5 million in financial assistance from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) to finance the planning, acquisition, design, and construction of a drainage improvements project.
