To the Editor:How interesting that our U.S. Congresswoman, Monica de la Cruz, would stoop to accusing her potential political opponent of urinating in public.In typical Republican Trump fashion, Monica is trying to detract from the fact that twice now she has voted in Congress to deny health care to all of us living in South Texas.In her last campaign for office, she promised to expand Medicaid for her constituents. Instead, Monica did just the opposite.
