EDINBURG – In an effort to prepare the community for hurricane season, emergency preparedness fairs will be held across the county beginning Wednesday. The annual Dare to Prepare fairs are designed to assist residents in planning for weather-related emergencies.
To better reach the public, this year some of the fairs will be held in the evening and at larger and more convenient locations in the county. This will allow more residents the chance to attend the event and get the valuable information they need.
