Edinburg arraignment As most readers already know, Edinburg Mayor Richard Molina and his wife, Dalia, were arraigned two weeks ago (April 25) before the bench of Justice of the Peace Jaime “Jerry” Muñoz, Precinct 2, Place 2, on charges related to conspiracy to commit voter fraud.
