Letter to the Editor:Happy New Year to my fellow RGV citizens.With a broken heart I’m announcing that I won’t be able to run for the Pharr City Commission this year. Due to medical circumstances (skin cancer), I’ll be staying home to await surgery this January and then to recuperate in bed.Not bueno to ring in a new year!!
