I’m starting to wonder if I asked PSJA ISD how much it’s paying for toilet paper via a Public Information Request would I get a reply? I might, but not before the district’s attorneys sent a letter to the toilet paper manufacturer asking its principles if they wanted to contest the Public Information Request by filing a response with the Texas AG.
