McAllen city commissioners at their regular meeting yesterday voted to approve the contract to get it done. Commissioners awarded the almost $12.6 million contract to Texas Cordia Construction, LLC, of Edinburg. Texas Cordia’s website states that the company is already hired to extend 10th Street from Highway 107 to Monte Cristo Road.
