Ukraine is continuing to fester. Putin has just bought back millions of rounds of ammunition that he recently sold to North Korea. He appears to be running out of ammo for the war in Ukraine. That’s not all, however. North Korea has agreed to send 100,000 men to Russia to help in the Ukrainian war. Some of them will be tasked with rebuilding Ukraine once Putin wins.
