When Elon Musk declared he was about to buy Twitter, people on the left let loose a tirade against the man. Since he was born in South Africa but left that country while still in his youth, he was accused of wanting to bring South Africa’s former apartheid to America. Twitter itself was attacked as a vehicle for use by white racists to attack other white racists. Through that vehicle, Musk might well prevent his political enemies from being heard. He might even affect the outcome of elections.

There aren’t a lot of years left, I suspect, when Beatle fans will still be able to see Paul McCartney playing live, singing old Beatle songs in the same key, with his voice hitting the same vocal register (range of tones) he could reach in his prime.
