Don’t let stupidity kill you in a plane

From my first flying lesson all through my flying career, the one thing I never wanted to do was to die by being stupid. I never asked them, but my flying students and charter passengers no doubt felt the same way. I soon noticed as I grew older and grew a brain how most of us walk through life with our heads buried halfway up our rears. Proof of that are the many stupid drivers you see on the roads. You can’t act that way flying a plane.

Mayhem and hope

Several staffers of Joe Biden’s campaign have bailed out rioters so they could return to the streets to riot and loot all over again. Kamala Harris actively raised money for the rioters. Now, however, that BLM’s popularity has taken a nose dive, Antifa has been associated with murder and Trump is coming up in the polls because local residents appreciate the fact that he opposes rioting, Biden has belatedly come out with a statement against violence. The condemnation, however, appears to be a classic case of too little and too late.

The Seasoned Christian (Part I of II)

I was in college in the late 60’s and early 70’s. It was a very turbulent time to be alive especially in your late teens and early twenties. The Vietnam War was raging and dividing this country along political, cultural and generational lines. Many of the younger generation thought the older generation was using the young as “cannon fodder” for the war.
