Special to the AdvanceSAN JUAN — The City of San Juan signed a Proclamation on Nov. 28, 2023, at PSJA Early College High School in honor of longtime Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) Educator and Coach Norma “Lisa Cantu” for her dedication and years of service.Cantu graduated in 1986 from PSJA High School in San Juan, Texas.
