PHARR - The pandemic has created an athletic season like no other, but two PSJA runners have worked tirelessly to qualify for the Cross-Country State Meet, nonetheless. PSJA North Early College High School Junior Hector Solis and PSJA Memorial ECHS Senior Wiliams Macias will both be returning to the state meet after participating in a handful of races this season.
