TUESDAY STATS, 10-13-2020   EDINBURG – Officials with the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department reported 15 more deaths related to COVID-19 and 119 new known positive cases, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez said Tuesday. “We continue to see double digit increases in deaths and triple digit increases in new positive cases,” Judge Cortez said. “We must bring these numbers down by employing safety measures like facial coverings and avoiding crowds.
