THURSDAY STATS, 10-22-2020 EDINBURG – Five more deaths and 171 new positive cases related to COVID-19 were reported Thursday by officials with the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez said Friday.
