PHARR — A local man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison after being found guilty of Sexual Assault.Jose Roberto Aguilar, 43, underwent a four-day jury trial in which the State reached a plea agreement with the defense, a release said.In exchange for waiving his right to have the jury determine his punishment, Aguilar agreed to the 35-year sentence.
