I’m going to take the COVID-19 vaccine (two shots) as soon as I can get my hands on it. This afternoon works; but so far, I haven’t been able to set up an appointment, and I’m not even sure if the Pfizer vaccine has yet landed in Hidalgo County. Should be here this week, according to Hidalgo County officials, but the first doses are reserved for those who work in the healthcare industry.
You’d think I’d have better things to do last Saturday than lie on the couch watching the Trump rally in DC being live streamed. It was about as enjoyable as a root canal. It’s just that I couldn’t take my eyes off the thousands of people in attendance.
