Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez welcomes the Texas Mission of Mercy which, in conjunction with a group of local dentists led by Dr. Carlos Cruz; the Nuestra Clinica Del Valle; and Hidalgo County Community Service Agency, will be offering a free dental clinic to provide needed dental services to underserved patients in Hidalgo County on Sept. 15-16.
