Pharr Community Theater set to present ‘A Tejano Christmas Carol’
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at this local theater in town.

With December finally here, some local entities are getting into the holiday spirit for the local community.
It looks like we may finally be in for some chilly weather, after a seemingly endless summer. It’s only fitting, what with Christmas approaching, so here’s one super good way to keep warm on the cold days that are coming.
The city of Pharr’s fire department recently held its annual Thanksgiving Turkey Distribution on Nov. 25 to help local families who are in need during the holidays.
Now that Thanksgiving’s over, it’s time to make your Christmas list. We’re hoping that two of our readers will put “DOG” at the top of their list. It’s not a good idea to pick out a dog for anyone but yourself because that’s a commitment you shouldn’t make for another person. That said, Cinderella Pet Rescue has some adorable dogs who have come to our shelter recently and they are all eager to be “home for the holidays.”
