Celebrate love amid the picturesque setting of Promenade Park Amphitheater in Edinburg as the City, in collaboration with Judge Charlie Espinoza, extends a warm invitation to a momentous occasion — a Mass Wedding on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 201 W. McIntyre Street.
