The job of San Juan City Manager Ben Arjona is apparently on the line, courtesy of a Special Called Meeting Agenda posted last Friday, which reads in part: “…Possible Action Regarding the Appointment, Employment, Evaluation, Reassignment Duties, Discipline, or Dismissal of a Public Officer or Employee, Specifically the City Manager.”
