In a story published last week about some Pharr Public Utility workers and their grievances against the city, along with some comments (rebuttal) from Pharr City Manager Ed Wylie as to how the department has now changed for the better, I made a mistake and wrote the following:

On Jan. 14, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) announced the opening of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) FY2021 Fire Prevention and Safety (FP&S) Program application period. FEMA will accept applications through Feb. 18.
