I lost my mind years ago, but I feel like I’m losing it again, and there’s not a lot left to lose. There are a few brain cells still firing, but not two many. I even feel as if mye righting is off trak. Like eye can no longer theenk or right clearly.
The stories are all over the place — COVID-related fraud, committed by business owners. Question is, how many will get caught?
I stopped by Uvalde two weeks ago on my way to San Antonio. It was out of the way, but I wanted to go by, look at the school and get a feel for the town. I also wanted to pay my respect to the lost lives and the families left behind.

I’m a gun guy. Handguns, a shotgun, so-called assault rifles; but despite that, I’ve finally reached the conclusion that rifles like the AR-15 and the AK- 47 with their high-capacity magazines are good for only one thing — killing a lot of innocent people, including, sadly, children, grandchildren, teachers.
