Judge orders agency to turn over Uvalde information

Don’t know how this bit of news got by the Advance earlier this summer, but according to the Texas Press Messenger, published monthly by the Texas Press Association, a Travis County State District Court Judge, Daniella DeSeta Lyttle, has ruled in favor of a national media coalition “which sued DPS to release public records” related to the Robb Elementary school-shooting massacre May 24, 2022.
