Biden Disaster at G-7

Biden Disaster at G-7

Joe Biden set the stage for the G-7 by announcing an end to his opposition to Russia building an under-sea energy pipeline to Germany and through Germany to the E.U. That move was concerning since he has stopped construction on our own pipeline from Canada and since Russia will be greatly enriched and have increased leverage over the E.U. if it has the pipeline. Russia has been known in the past to shut down its current pipeline and raise prices in the dead of winter to extort money from countries along the pipeline’s route. The current pipe, incidentally, goes through Ukraine, and the alternate line would allow Russia to freeze Ukrainians to death in the winter.

The Spiritual Importance of the Family (Part I of II)

Dr. James Dobson wrote in his book, Straight Talk, concerning his children: I wondered what memories will predominate in their minds when I lie at the point of death, a moment or two from now. What will they remember to be the happiest experiences of their lives? Will they recall a busy father who was preoccupied with writing books and catching planes and answering mail and taking phone calls and being a “big man”? Or will they recall a patient dad who took time to love them and teach them and enjoy the beauty of God’s world with them?

Examining the Virus

Examining the Virus

There’s been some disturbing news recently with respect to the CCP virus. Even President Biden is beginning to take the matter seriously. Those three Wuhan Institute of Virology workers who became gravely ill BEFORE the virus reared its ugly head are a case in point. It sounds as though something most likely escaped from a test tube and infected them. That in turn indicates the virus did not come from a wet market, but was instead the product of viral research at the institute.

Scapegoats!

Scapegoats!

For many years now, it seems that most people have excused almost every lapse from everyday standards of common sense and mature behavior by saying that the individual is a victim of something. Fail a test, blame the teacher. Smoke cigarettes all your life and when the cigarettes give you lung cancer, blame the cigarettes. Someone gets shot and some blame the gun. Someone has poor nutrition and some blame Burger King. Scapegoats! Scapegoats! Individual irresponsibility avoiding responsibility.
