The city of Pharr is getting festive once again for the Halloween holiday.
HUB City Toastmasters meets each Wednesday at the Pharr Memorial Library, 121 E. Cherokee, second floor, from noon until 1 p.m. Visitors are welcome.
Continuing their efforts to raise money for student scholarships and teacher grants, members of the PSJA Education Foundation raised thousands of dollars during their 11th Annual Fundraiser Gala held at the Bert Ogden Arena on Sept. 7.
