EDINBURG – The Texas Art Education Association (TAEA) recently announced that the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District is among only 42 school districts in the state and one of just two districts in the Rio Grande Valley to earn the 2020 District of Distinction Award.

EDINBURG – Bus drivers from the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District are offering critical support to aid students and staff while their bus routes remain halted during remote learning.

Glitter, an Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler cross with personality plus. She’s about 2-½ years old and weighs about 50 pounds. She is energetic, athletic and eager for a human to love. She has intelligent brown eyes with black eye patches, funny semi-floppy black ears and a salt and pepper coat. She loves to run and play and would enjoy accompanying you on long walks or car rides. Glitter also gets along well with most other dogs. She’s a wonderful dog who would love being your best buddy.
