Special to the Advance EDINBURG — Laura Hinojosa, Hidalgo County District Clerk, was presented with the Texas Association of Counties (TAC) Service Award last Tuesday by Susan Redford, TAC Executive Director, for her dedicated service as a member of the TAC Board of Directors for the 2024 calendar year.
