Quinta Mazatlan welcomes Presenter Stephanie Kasper on Thursday, May 18th from 6 to 7 p.m. Stephanie will discuss tomato care in South Texas, including seed starting tips, trellis options, disease prevention, and variety recommendations based on four years of trials at UTRGV’s Hub of Prosperity Farm in Edinburg. There will be a tomato tasting to follow the presentation.
