EDINBURG – Effective July 19, First Assistant District Attorney Juan L. Villescas is the new Municipal Court Judge with the City of Pharr. After more than six years of service to the Hidalgo County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, Villescas is moving on to serve the citizens of Pharr.
