McAllen police officers are asking the public’s assistance in locating Rolando Ocanas. A warrant of arrest was issued in McAllen Municipal Court on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 for Ocanas. He is wanted for violation of a protective order, a third degree felony. Ocanas is described as
