Food Bank RGV’s New Day and Hours for DTEP Distribution

PHARR — The Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley is currently performing a mandatory yearly inventory count of product. Inventory is the foundation of operations, planning distributions, and the receiving of food. This process will be conducted over one week to ensure the count is accurate and will enable the Food Bank RGV to more efficiently and effectively serve the community.

Hidalgo County launches COVID-19 dashboard for website

EDINBURG — To better serve our constituents, Hidalgo County has revamped its coronavirus webpage by adding a new COVID-19 dashboard. Updated every four hours, the dashboard provides residents with detailed information on daily case counts, testing statistics, hospitalizations and city statistics presented in a crisp, clean format.

Single lane closures on I-2 frontage roads

PHARR — Various, single lane, closures of the I-2 frontage roads will take place between 2nd Street in McAllen and Cesar Chavez Road in San Juan beginning Monday, June 29, 2020 through Friday, July 10, 2020 in preparation for the I-2/I-69C Interchange Project.
