YOKOSUKA, JAPAN – Operations Specialist 2nd Class Rafael Carreon, from San Juan, Texas assigned to Commander, Submarine Group 7, delivers food to incoming members of Yokosuka-based commands who because of a 14-day Restriction of Movement (ROM) policy, are unable to leave their temporary lodging locations. The Navy is taking stringent measures to support the health and well-being of Sailors and their families including enforcing social distancing, minimizing group gatherings, wearing personal protective equipment and cleaning extensively.
