Bipartisan Election Denying

Unless you’re a hermit living in a cave devoid of Internet reception, you have probably heard thisor- that Democrat opining that Republicans who found fault with the 2020 election are election deniers and therefore a danger to democracy itself. The only problem with that reasoning is that in recent years Democrats themselves have been extremely vocal in denouncing elections. Hillary, herself, after chastising Trump for refusing to say he would abide by the 2016 election results if he lost, went on to question those results when she lost. Even worse, she attempted a coup by spreading the lie that the Donald was a tool of Russian dictator Putin who had meddled in the election to put him in office. She spied on Trump while he was both candidate and president and was responsible for the infamous phony report which had him cavorting with fictitious prostitutes in Moscow. If her actions weren’t a danger to democracy, then what were they?

War By Every Means

The Chinese communists have not been particularly secretive when it comes to explaining their strategy for defeating the United States. They’re committed to exploiting every American weakness by every means necessary. Since we’re a democratic republic, they do all they can to meddle in our elections. Since we innovate, they steal our technology. If we won’t allow that, they buy companies producing that technology from countries that allow such sales. Since we invent medicines, they undercut production prices and lure companies to have their products made in China. Since jet engines and microchips require rare earth minerals in their manufacture, they corner the market on those minerals worldwide. Since many Americans experiment in using narcotics, they ship enough fentanyl to the United States via the Mexican drug cartels to kill every living person in America. Meanwhile, China uses the Belt-and-Road Initiative to give predatory loans that result in China controlling ports around the world even as they build their navy.

Defending Freedom

In the beginning, Hitler said he only wanted former German territories and that he needed lebensraum (room for living). Europeans let him have one such area. Then he wanted another. Ultimately, he wanted to recreate the Roman Empire and invaded Europe. There are direct parallels between Hitler’s actions and those of Putin. Putin invaded Georgia and annexed part of that country. Then he invaded Crimea and took it by force on the pretext that he was protecting Russianspeaking peoples. Now he’s invaded Ukraine to defeat supposed Nazis. His goal is to recreate the Soviet empire. His logic is the same reasoning that produced the Second World War. We must defeat him now before he attacks the next country. It’s either spend a little money now, or a whole lot later (along with the loss of far more lives).
