Last Saturday, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society held a conference at the Casa de Palmas Hotel in McAllen, Texas. Oncology speakers played an important part in the event, which was designed to provide information to people whose lives had been touched by cancer. Having gone through extensive treatment, myself, for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, I was one of the attendees.
