The PSJA Bears Class of 1957 have observed Pandemic Protocols limiting gatherings, but now Fully Vaccinated they will resume monthly reunions during 2021, alternating between breakfast and dinner on the second Saturday of every month.
The PSJA Class of 1972 will host its 50th reunion Oct. 15th and 16th, 2021.
Diesel just loves having fun in the pool when the sun is out. He is a three years old shepherd mix who loves the water so much that it’s hard to get him to stop playtime and come indoors. Tuning in one night near the conclusion to Dr. James Dobson’s Focus on the Family radio program, I discovered a writer being interviewed about his book, The Most Important Place on Earth. The central theme of this book was that “the most important place on earth” is the home.
If Baby Boomers like me (born between 1946 and ’64) don’t record or write down memories from our youth, they’ll soon be forgotten. In today’s digital world, I’m not sure that experiences last long enough for most youth. Meaning, they don’t have much chance of remaining affixed to a kid’s memory banks. As kids, teens from this generation age, by the time they hit their 50s, their 60s, how many youthful memories will they still retain?
