It’s probably true of most professions or a business that one buys or starts – the one moment in time when you looked around and realized that you had finally made it, accomplished your dream, whatever it might be. It might be a snapshot of acing a final exam, a first job interview and subsequent hire, starting your first business; whatever it is, for a lot of people, that moment remains stuck in the memory banks forever as a very pleasant thought.

Texas Gas Service donation to Food Bank provides 50,000 meals to RGV families

PHARR – The Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley recently received a generous $10,000 donation from Texas Gas Service, a Division of ONE Gas, to help support the Food Bank RGV’s operations and on-going response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. This gift will enable the Food Bank RGV to provide up to 50,000 healthy and nutritious meals for families in the Rio Grande Valley during this critical time.

We have puppies, puppies, puppies, and they need your help finding a home! Come see our cute puppies at the Andrews Center and consider adopting today. Our foster kittens are also in need of adoption. Many of them have grown up with fosters and are accustomed to human interaction. At 2 months or older, they are ready for forever homes! Please help with our kitten situation by adopting our sweet foster kittens!
