Mozart is a strikingly handsome young tabby cat, born in November 2021. He’s playful, interested in everything going on around him and enjoys the company of people. He and his siblings were raised in a home with a litter of puppies who like to use him as a plaything, and he allowed it with patient good humor. He would probably enjoy being in a home with another cat or even a dog to have as a companion/playmate and would definitely welcome lots of attention and love from his new person or family.

Ed. note: Former Pharr City Commissioner Art Cortez, now retired, called The Advance the other day, asking if we could help get out the word. The front of his home at 1012 E. Bagwell St., Pharr, looks like a winter wonderland. All of the decorations in the front yard were hand made by Arturo and painted by him as well. If only we could all be so handy.
