The city of Pharr’s fire department recently held its annual Thanksgiving Turkey Distribution on Nov. 25 to help local families who are in need during the holidays.
Now that Thanksgiving’s over, it’s time to make your Christmas list. We’re hoping that two of our readers will put “DOG” at the top of their list. It’s not a good idea to pick out a dog for anyone but yourself because that’s a commitment you shouldn’t make for another person. That said, Cinderella Pet Rescue has some adorable dogs who have come to our shelter recently and they are all eager to be “home for the holidays.”
This week Cinderella Pet Rescue is featuring two great young dogs, Beau and Clancy. If you’re tired of fair-weather friends, either of these two will be your forever friend, come rain or shine, or cold, nasty weather.
If we were all powder puffs, imagine how much nicer the world would be.
