EDINBURG – Thirty-one more people in Hidalgo County died from COVID-19 related complications and 115 more have tested positive, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez said Monday. These numbers reflect a three-day total since health officials began taking weekends off two weeks ago for the first time since local infections began.
