The Pharr Housing Authority brought the holiday spirit to life on December 19th with its annual Merry Christmas Bash, a joyous event dedicated to giving back to the community and celebrating the season. This year’s celebration welcomed approximately 350 guests, creating cherished memories for Pharr Housing families.
Did you know that Cinderella Pet Rescue has a lot of dogs who have spent their entire lives at our shelter? Some of our dogs have come in as abandoned puppies and wind up staying at our shelter for years, never knowing the joy of living in a home with a person or a family who loves them. They are well cared for at the shelter, with the companionship of other dogs, and contact with volunteers, but that is nothing like having a real forever home. Ask any dog and they will tell you, having their own people to live with, love and be loved, is THE BEST.
